Those reviews are examined and checked by Google in accordance with its own policies and moderation mechanisms. The operator exercises no editorial control over the content of those reviews, does not verify their accuracy and assumes no liability for the opinions, comments or scores issued by Google Maps users.

How companies are chosen

The companies collected in the directory are detected automatically by means of an algorithm that processes public information from Google Maps. The system only includes businesses that satisfy this minimum requirement:

• An average rating of 4 stars or higher and at least 20 reviews on Google Maps at the time of selection or at each periodic review of the directory.

This process is automatic, free of charge for the company and requires no action on its part.

Manual inclusion request

Companies that prefer to move ahead of the automatic process can request manual inclusion through the contact form. This service involves a fee that exclusively remunerates the work of checking, verifying and manually publishing the profile by the directory team.

The manual inclusion fee is not advertising in nature and gives the company no advantage in position, visibility or visual treatment compared to those added automatically. In all cases, the request remains subject to the same minimum requirement of 4 stars and at least 20 reviews on Google Maps.

Factors that define the position in the results

The algorithm automatically determines the position of each company, regardless of how it was included, weighing client feedback, track record, specialisation, transparency, range of services and editorial judgement. The detailed breakdown is published on the methodology page.

Payment of the manual inclusion fee does not intervene in any of these factors nor in the position the company occupies in the results.
